These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WaarMoto website (www.WaarMoto.com) (the “Site”), any related services, newsletters, blogs, e‑commerce functions, and any other content or features provided by WaarMoto (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

4.1 Pricing – All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless expressly stated.
4.2 Payment – We accept major credit cards and other payment methods indicated on the Site. Payment processing is handled by third‑party providers; we do not store your full credit‑card details.
4.3 Refunds & Returns – Refunds are offered only in accordance with our Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available at www.waarMoto.com/return-policy. Digital products and downloadable content are non‑refundable unless defective.

7.1 General Limit – TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WHEREMO OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7.2 Maximum Liability – OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING rise to the claim.
